The locations of the pipes are derived from field surveys, field verification, paper and/or digital record drawings, and/or construction drawings. The initial data collection occurred within the AutoCAD software environment then migrated to using ESRI, Lynx, GeoMedia and is now maintained using ESRI products (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, etc.). This layer is maintained on a daily basis.
